Develop A Passion For Learning. If You Do, You Will Never Cease To Grow.

Very exciting news from The Canadian Constitution Foundation at a time when governments at all levels are violating our constitutional rights with seeming impunity.
The CCF just announced the release of their free 10-part course, “Fundamental Freedoms of the Canadian Constitution.” It’s available on their website right now. Just sign up for a free account to get immediate access.
This course is taught by some of Canada’s leading constitutional scholars and practitioners, like Geoffrey Cowper, the lawyer in the CCF’s healthcare choice case in British Columbia. He is fighting for our right to security of person against outrageously long health care wait times.
You’ll hear from lawyer Asher Honickman, who has represented the CCF in cases dealing with arbitrary lockdown fines.
And you’ll learn about section 1 of the Charter from Professor Ryan Alford, who works in academia with a rare and precious perspective of liberty.
These are truly some of Canada’s greatest legal minds, and you’ll get to hear directly from them as they walk you through freedom of religion, freedom of expression, equality rights, privacy rights, section 1 of the Charter and more.
There has never been a more important time for Canadians to understand their fundamental freedoms. We are in living in unprecedented times where government is taking new powers just about every day. In order to defend our constitutional rights, it is imperative that we understand them.
I’m a huge fan of The Canadian Constitution Foundation and the work they do to protect the rights and freedoms of all Canadians. If you support their work, as I do, please consider a donation to The CCF to show your gratitude in a more tangible way. 🙂

Love your work….keep rocking the truth….need someone to believe these days…msm will lie.

Thank you, Alana! Basically I’ve reached the point that if the government or legacy media says it, I don’t believe it.

if only politicians of all stripes and certain authorities would abide by the spirit of the constitution , democracy, fairness.
Christopher di Armani says
Amen, Peter.
The bigger problem, as I see it, is that no judge in Canada will uphold the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. That politicians and police violate our rights… that’s practically expected in ordinary times, let alone the era we live in today, but in ordinary times we at least have the hope that the judiciary will do their job and defend our Charter rights. It’s “only” the highest law in the land, yet every one of them has ruled fear of COVID trumps our Charter rights. It’s offensive on every level.
