The video below was sent to me by a resident of Port Hardy. While the claim in the note attached with the video is this RCMP cruiser was left unattended outside the Port Hardy hospital, there isn’t anything in the video to confirm that, other than the “PH” on the rear of the cruiser.

Regardless of where this cruiser was located, however, this is an amusing video clip.
There will be a rational explanation forthcoming from the RCMP, I’m sure.
