Is the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) planning a war on American citizens?
It’s a valid question, I suspect, in the wake of news that DHS has ordered 450 million rounds of .40 calibre handgun ammunition and has an open tender for 175 million rounds of .223, the ammunition used in the M-16 assault rifle.
That’s a LOT of bullets by anyone’s standards.
A press release was issued by defense contractor ATK (http://www.atk.com/) who cites itself as “an aerospace, defense, and commercial products company with operations in 22 states, Puerto Rico, and internationally.”
“We are proud to extend our track record as the prime supplier of .40 caliber duty ammunition for DHS, ICE,” said Ron Johnson, President of ATK’s Security and Sporting group. “The HST is a proven design that will continue to serve those who keep our borders safe.”
ATK plans to produce the ammunition at the Federal Cartridge Company’s facility in Anoka, Minnesota with deliveries beginning in June of this year.
There is no official word yet on how DHS plans on using this specially-designed hollow-point ammunition.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office is getting an “indefinite delivery” of an “indefinite quantity” of .40 caliber ammunition from defense contractor ATK.
U.S. agents will receive a maximum of 450 million rounds over five years, according to a press release on the deal.
The high performance HST bullets are designed for law enforcement and ATK says they offer “optimum penetration for terminal performance.”
This refers to the the bullet’s hollow-point tip that passes through barriers and expands for a bigger impact without the rest of the bullet getting warped out of shape: “this bullet holds its jacket in the toughest conditions.”
We’ve also learned that the Department has an open bid for a stockpile of rifle ammo. Listed on the federal business opportunities network, they’re looking for up to 175 million rounds of .223 caliber ammo to be exact. The .223 is almost exactly the same round used by NATO forces, the 5.56 x 45mm.
The deadline for earlier this month was extended because the right contractor just hadn’t come along.
Looks like the Department of Homeland Security means business.

Wars used to be fought army against army.
In more recent years, the politically-correct method of waging wars is to pit army against impoverished, defenseless civilians who are easier to rape, hack and massacre; any miraculous survivors are burned out of their villages and left to die of wounds and starvation.
These type atrocities epitomize the exact worth of the United Nations and its so-called “peacekeeping missions”.
It’s no surprise that under the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act that Homeland Security would be turning against its own citizenry under the shop-worn mantra of “keeping the borders and the people safe”. Yet under the UN one-world government dictate the world is supposed to be “borderless” and illegal immigrants free to come into the United States.
The de facto U.S. President Obama has told Congress to take a hike which evidently means the elected politicians are all fired. According to him, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights have been replaced with the UN Charter. “I take my orders from the United Nations,” he said.
Further, I’m suspicious of why a 100 vintage U.S./Canadian military vehicles are rolling north in a convoy in August.
The Military Vehicle Preservation Association’s promotional material says: Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Building of the Alcan Highway, MVPA 2012 ALASKA HIGHWAY CONVOY; Honoring the U.S. Troops, Civilians & Military Vehicles that Built a 1,523 Mile Road Through the Wilderness in Just Over 8 Months. Considered One of the Greatest Construction Feats of the 20th Century.

The information is correct, except the convoy is not sticking to the route of the Alcan Highway which did not go through Dawson City, and the convoy is not extending on into Delta Junction (Fairbanks), the highway’s Alaska terminus.
The Alaska Highway’s 50th anniversary was celebrated to the hilt without an overwhelming procession of military vehicles (only Air Stream recreational trailer owners used to travel a 100 to a convoy.) Why a 70th Alaska Highway celebration? Why not wait for the 75th anniversary, or better yet, the 100th anniversary?
It seems that somebody, somewhere, for some reason doesn’t want civilians alarmed at seeing queues of military vehicles rolling through their city streets and highways. Surprise ambushes and the arresting of civilians is much easier without encountering any resistance from American and Canadian civilians, many who are still armed.
The UN’s Agenda 21–the Agenda for the 21st Century–is in full-throttle toward implementation and has nothing to do with the hoax about a cleaner, healthier “environment” or lifestyle or “saving the planet”.
Agenda 21 is all about “totalitarianism” and “eugenics”. The best way for any military to execute its plans is to load up on an astounding amount of ammunition to rid the planet of an astounding number of people.
The question is how many honourable soldiers, who swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, are going to disobey orders under the threat of a court-martials and dishonourable discharges and refuse to turn against their own citizenry?
I used to think of the United States as the last bastion of freedom which is why the United Nations wants the country crushed.
Now I think of Canada as the last bastion of freedom, although it has been a socialist country ripe for Communism for the last 30 years.
But is Canada going to play a role in this North American civil war production to bring the masses under control on the home front? After all, Canada’s troops have been doing a lot of practice maneuvers in the North “to cold-weather test equipment and artillery”.
Canada is hooked up with the U.S. military and is a NATO member that willingly took instructions to declare war action against Libya from the United Nations’ messenger Obama.
We live in scary times.

Few peole realize this ammunition “should” cost about $0.0125 to $0.02usd per round. That’s what the Taliban and the Afghanistan are paying to Pakistan (and a few other countries) for their ammo. It;s not a huge investment to be made to control people. Obama has the right idea if control is his goal and apparently it is. I’d bet a bundle that this man is going to attempt to upset the U.S. Constitution by attempting (and succeding)to run for a third term after he wins this one. I honestly feel he has managed to make the upcoming one with ease by sliding through legislation while the bulk of America and the world shudder as they watch the current primaries. We people that preach freedom have lost the moral of the whole affair: Freedom is earned not given! If you look under the black cloud of the media you will see millions of people in third world contries dying in their attempt to gain freedom of speech, rights to vote, and education. You can bet your life and future that the radical Muslims, with Obama’s assistance will destroy their largest enemy; the U.S. All the bleeding hearts and lovers of “peace in the world” should take note
“you are opening the gates on something you have ignored in your isolated world”.
