Is Jagmeet Singh the Best Scam Artist in Ottawa?

Published March 22, 2022 by Christopher di Armani Filed Under: Political Corruption, Politics

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh has, arguably, the best job in Canadian politics.

He’s the leader of a national, if tiny, federal political party.

He gets paid (I cannot bring myself to say ‘earns‘) a $185,800 salary as a Member of Parliament, with an additional $62,900 party leader bump. For the non-mathlete’s among us, that’s a cool $248,700 per year.

And that’s before the automatic escalator raise coming on April 1st – April Fools Day for you and me – and another big payday for Jagmeet Singh and every other Member of Parliament.

That’s a lot of money for a guy who can literally say anything while simultaneously ensuring the most corrupt government in Canadian history cannot be held accountable at the polls.

Singh can promote any policy, make the most outlandish and absurd claims, applaud the perennially-offended social justice warrior class, and yet remain totally unaccountable to the electorate for his promises since he will never, ever form government.

He can only be removed from political office at the next federal election (unless his NDP caucus holds a palace coup) which, thanks to his latest sleazy and self-serving deal, cannot happen until 2025.

The Globe and Mail‘s Robert Fife reports that Jagmeet Singh made a deal last night to keep Justin Trudeau’s corrupt Liberal government in power, no matter what, for another three long years.

Will we have enough of a country left to save come that long-off federal election?

That’s debatable, given the destructive pace of Justin Trudeau’s authoritarian diktats.

Jagmeet Singh is, in my opinion, so devoid of character he will say anything to our faces while making back-room deals to stab us in the back – all to keep his cushy $248,700 salary flowing with the nauseating side-effect of keeping Justin Trudeau and his tyrannical nightmare government in power.

The best I can say about Jagmeet Singh is that he’s a magnificent political opportunist in Canada’s wholly corrupt political system.

No, Mr. Singh, that’s not a compliment.

Jagmeet Singh’s utter lack of integrity, on even the most fundamental issues facing Canadians today, is appalling.

He despises the working class whose interests he claims to champion in Ottawa.

His endless stream of corporate “bad guys” who “must pay” for their supposed ‘crimes’ through more and higher taxes only hurt the people whose interests he claims to defend.

It’s as though Jagmeet Singh is too stupid to comprehend that any new cost-of-doing-business tax he inflicts on these institutions and corporations will be paid for by the very people whose interests he claims to protect.

But Singh can’t possibly be that stupid, not if he’s amassed a net worth of $3 to $5 million by sucking off the public tit.

So why do people continue to believe the nonsense he peddles?

Is it because the perpetually-offended class need another bogeyman to rail against?

Are average Canadians really this gullible?

Or are they simply disconnected from political reality?

All of the above?

Hypocrisy Pays

One website puts Jagmeet Singh’s net worth somewhere between $3 to $5 Million.

I’ll leave it for another day to rail against a system that enriches the political class of this country while as they simultaneously enact policies to bankrupt the working class whose interests they are, supposedly, elected to represent.

What does it mean to be CORRUPT? According to a reporter (whose name I cannot recall) with the late, great Montreal Star, any politician who is not constantly railing against the size and cost of government is by definition corrupt. This salient observation leads me to proclaim: A POX ON ALL THEIR HOUSES!

We are doomed if this duo of corruption continue to hold power, power to control our banks, police, and minds of the average citizens or simpletons that continue to be fooled all of the time.

our local MP NDP Gord Johns had one of his Office windows smashed. He was shocked and his staff was ‘traumatized’. But if he opens his mind and recognizes how offended citizens are, can he be truly shocked?

The freezing of personal accounts and Go-Fund-Me assets towards the anti-mandate protester’s got people upset, and Trudeau some-how today used the convoy protests in a reverse spin to the NATO reps to highlight ‘his’ Canadian democratic values and how we ‘must confront Autocratic states’.

The economic inequalities we all are facing hurts. An unethical alliance in Ottawa exists. He states with fervor…” we need to get things done!”
I want to double vomit and heave. I feel sick.
