“The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.”
— Barack Hussein Obama
Never have truer words been spoken by a man who’s spent millions of dollars in legal fees to hide the truth about his own birth.
Do I care one way or another whether Obama is a “natural born citizen” as defined by the United States Constitution? Not really.
But it flies in the face of logic that a person would spend millions and millions of dollars to cover up a non-issue. WorldNetDaily founder Joseph Farah spearheaded the “Where’s the Birth Certificate” campaign just after Obama landed in the White House, and he’s been tenacious with the issue ever since.
I like Farah. He’s got balls. Big brass ones, I imagine. He’s not afraid of anyone, including the President of the United States. He just keeps going after Obama on the issue of the missing birth certificate, and for that I believe he’s doing the American people a great service.
He’s been joined recently one very high-profile man who, on national television, dared ask the question. Whoopie Goldberg immediately raised the race card… because for Whoopie everything is defined by race. Fair enough. But why be so afraid of a simple question that so clearly has NOTHING to do with race?
Who knows.
That man? Multi-gazillionaire Donald Trump on “The View”.
It’s actually a very interesting video clip to watch, and the news interview Trump did after that is equally interesting. Trump is anything but stupid, and his bringing this question up on national television before millions of Americans certainly puts pressure on the [alleged] President of the United States, doesn’t it?
“The only people who don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide.”
You sure got that one right Mr. O, didn’t you.
Don’t you just hate it when your words come back to haunt you so perfectly?
Jane says
“The illegal we do immediately,” said former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. “The unconstitutional takes a little longer.”
Sorry, I hadn’t noticed that the Obama administration was taking longer to accomplish the “unconstitutional” than to carry out the plain “illegal”!
Both seemed to be occurring at rapid-fire speed.
The latest shenanigan saw (de facto) President Barack Obama quickly circumvent the U.S. Constitution without apology in his haste to declare war on Libya. He didn’t bother telling Congress, much less ask permission of the elected members as required by the Constitution, a magnificent document the Marxists don’t respect.
Meeting eligibility requirements as a presidential candidate wouldn’t even faze on these immoral bagmen.
To meet eligibility requirements to run for the office of United States president, the candidate is supposed to be a natural-born citizen of the United States of America, have reached 35 years of age, during which time he must have resided in the United States for a minimum of 14 years.
Also, the candidate’s parents are supposed to be either “natural-born” or “naturalized” citizens before the intended can enter the presidential contest.
Regardless of what was written in one of Obama’s recently-published biographies, my understanding is that Obama’s biological father didn’t pass the litmus test.
Further, an illicit double standard was demonstrated during the 2008 presidential election.
Why didn’t the authorities, who are responsible for determining eligibility for all candidates, call for Obama’s credentials prior to starting the campaign?
Certainly enough people at the time believed that he was born in Africa and held a dual Kenya-British citizenship. If true, that would have left him ineligible to run as U.S. president.
Why did Americans wait until Obama was elected before howling? Or did his grafters pay muzzle-fees to get him through the election first? Then, regardless of bad publicity, it would be too late for the opposition movement to correct the wrongdoing.
Although Obama wasn’t required to produce credentials, Republican presidential opponent Senator John McCain, like all other presidential candidates, was required to produce his proof of eligibility.
Personally, I would have thought his birth in the Panama Canal, albeit on a U.S. naval station, would have rendered him questionable as a U.S. presidential candidate.
Although Senator McCain wasn’t born on American soil, which I thought was a prerequisite, presumably he was considered to be a natural-born American citizen because both his parents were American-born citizens.
Besides, can you imagine the American government saying the son of a renowned naval admiral was not a legitimate citizen of the United States of America?
Hardly.
But Americans might not have occasion to worry about eligibility again.
If the useless Marxist idiots in Washington get their way, the U.S. Constitution will be fed to the shredder and inserted into the Black Hole in favor of the United Nations operating an unelected New World (Dis)Order by 2010 that will eliminate any further need for presidential elections.
