If you have something you’d like me to write about please submit your article idea using my Support Desk system.

I’ve started using this system because it effectively sidesteps all the spam filters that can stop your email from reaching me, or prevent my reply from reaching you.

I pride myself on replying to every single person who writes to me with a suggestion, criticism or congratulations.  I value the feedback of anyone willing to take the time to write me on any subject.

While I was initially hesitant about using this sort of system, when I had one person let me know how upset they upset because I never bothered to replt to them, I knew this new approach was worth using.

So, if you have something to say about something I’ve written, whether that’s to congratulate me for or complain about what I’ve written, then please contact me through my Support Desk system and I will reply back to you as soon as possible.  Some days are busier than others, just like in your life, so if you don’t hear back from me right away, don’t worry.  You will.
